By downloading, installing, or using the PocketAI Android application or website (pocketai.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Software License & Local Execution
PocketAI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the client software on your Android devices. You acknowledge that all inference computation utilizes your device's physical CPU/GPU resources and battery power.
3. PocketAI Pro Subscriptions & Payments
PocketAI Pro subscriptions ($9.99/mo or $79.99/yr) are billed through Dodo Payments as digital software subscriptions. Due to the immediate delivery of digital software access and cryptographic offline attestation tokens, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where mandatory applicable laws dictate otherwise. You may cancel recurring billing at any time via the self-serve Dodo Payments Customer Portal (portal link) to immediately stop future renewals without cancellation penalties.
4. Open-Source AI Model Licenses
Neural network weights accessible through PocketAI's model catalog are distributed under their original open-source licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0 for SmolLM2 and Qwen2.5, Gemma Terms of Use for Gemma 3, and Meta Community License for Llama 3.2). Users are responsible for complying with model-specific acceptable use policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
PocketAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate or biased content. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated responses before taking action based upon them.
