PocketAI is built from the ground up to respect human autonomy and data confidentiality. We believe conversational intelligence should belong entirely to the user. Unlike cloud LLMs that capture your prompts, training data, and IP addresses, PocketAI executes language model inference 100% on your Android phone's local silicon.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect ZERO personal data. Specifically:

• We do NOT collect or transmit your chat conversations, messages, or prompt inputs.
• We do NOT track user analytics, engagement sessions, device IDs, or advertising identifiers.
• We do NOT operate remote database servers that store user profiles.
• All chat sessions are stored exclusively in your phone's internal SQLite database (pocketai_chats.db) inaccessible to third-party applications.

3. Model Downloads

When downloading open-source GGUF weights, your device establishes a direct HTTPS connection to Hugging Face or Cloudflare Pages CDN. Only standard HTTP request headers required for file transmission are exchanged. No authentication or account token is tied to model requests.

4. Payments via Dodo Payments

Purchases of PocketAI Pro ($9.99/mo or $79.99/yr) are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We do not store, process, or view your credit card details or payment credentials. Dodo handles billing and provides a cryptographic license key to you.
