1. Product and Business Model
PocketAI is a Flutter-based Android productivity application that provides on-device AI chat and additional workspace tools.

Unlike cloud-based AI services that process every prompt through a remote inference API, PocketAI runs its language models locally on the customer's Android device using an embedded inference runtime. Models are downloaded to the device, and inference occurs locally after download. Subscription verification and model downloads may require an internet connection.

PocketAI is a digital software product. It does not sell AI API credits, provide a hosted inference API, or charge customers for third-party AI API usage.

2. Subscription Plans
The application offers a free version with basic functionality and the following proposed recurring subscription plans:

3. Technical Implementation and Fulfillment
The application is built with Flutter and uses local model inference. Subscription fulfillment is designed around Dodo Payments checkout sessions, signed webhooks, and server-side subscription entitlement verification.

After successful payment, the application verifies the customer's subscription and enables the corresponding Pro features. Subscription status is checked against the server, and a locally cached, signed entitlement allows offline access until its defined expiry, subject to the subscription remaining valid.

The website provides product information, subscription details, download instructions, privacy policy, and terms of service for review.

4. Compliance Review Request
As PocketAI is a new secondary brand under my existing business account, could you please confirm the following?
